KESHI VOWS TO TAKE 3POINTS IN ETHIOPIA

We will make Nigeria proud in Ethiopia –Keshi

Super Eagles Head Coach, Stephen Keshi yesterday said the team will tackle the World Cup qualifying playoff match against Ethiopia on Sunday, with a mind set of getting a result that will make the nation proud.
Keshi, who spoke at a media parley at the team’s Bolton White Apartment camp in Abuja, said that the team is going to Addis Ababa to secure a result that will make Nigerians proud.
According to the former Togo and Mali coach, he is not bothered by the expected hostile attitude of the host, noted that the team will keep it calm right from the Airport and play the game with the best of concentration to carry the day.
“We are going for the result that will make Nigerians proud as long as we do not lose our match. We will just keep our calm right from the Airport, we have come through many hostile environment and it will not be something new to us in Ethiopia, we will just concentrate on the game for us to carry the day,” Keshi said.
The coach said he is keeping tab on happenings in the Ethiopian camp through an insider, even as he agreed that the Eagles will up their game to come out victorious in the match.
“We will intensify our game with high concentration that is the only way we can come out of Ethiopia a better team, we need to have high concentration to be there for us to come out on top,” he said.
